We collect basic personal data only, from two sources:

• What you give us through the contact form: full name, phone number, email, company name (optional) and the need you select
• What is collected automatically when you visit: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, visit time, and the source that brought you here
• What you send us later by email or phone while discussing a project

We do NOT collect sensitive personal data: health information, biometrics, bank or credit card details, precise location data, political or religious views.

We process your data for the following purposes:

• To contact you, propose a solution and send a quote in response to your request — basis: your consent given when submitting the form
• To perform a contract and support you during delivery — basis: contract performance
• To measure and improve our content and website experience — basis: your consent through continued use of the website
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations — basis: legal requirement

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond those listed. If a new purpose arises, we will inform you and ask for consent first.

• Resend — email delivery service, used to forward contact form content to our inbox; servers located outside Vietnam
• Vercel — website hosting platform; servers located outside Vietnam
• Competent state authorities, upon a lawful written request

We do NOT sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Because the providers above host servers abroad, using this website means your technical data may be transferred and stored outside Vietnam.

We keep data only as long as needed:

• Contact details that have not become a customer: up to 24 months from the last exchange
• Customer data under a signed contract: for the contract term plus 5 years afterwards, to meet accounting and warranty obligations
• Google Analytics traffic data: 14 months

After these periods data is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• Know how we process your data
• Access, view and request a copy of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason
• Request restriction of, or object to, processing

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the scale and sensitivity of the data:

• The entire website runs over encrypted HTTPS
• Access is limited to staff directly handling your enquiry or project
• Keys and credentials are kept in environment variables, never in source code
• Periodic review of access rights and service providers

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

Our website and services are aimed at business customers and adults.

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16
• If we learn we have done so, we will delete it as soon as we are notified
